Return Policy

Although we are very stringent about our quality control and ensure that our products match our standards of premium quality, their might be a rare occasion, when you are not fully satisfied with our products or you might have several other reasons to return your purchase. Then be at your ease as our returns are easy and quick. You can return our products within 14 days after the delivery of the product or items.

Return items should meet the following criteria:

  • The Items or product (with packaging) should be returned undamaged,
  • The Items or product should be returned unused
  • The Items or product should be returned unworn along with all the original product tags and its real packaging.

*While trying shoes or footwear, do take care you do not damage its soles or the shoe box.

*Accessories, Bags/Pouch and Footwear must be returned in its original form along with its branded box and dust bag inside the protective box for shipping.

The products that are to be returned or exchanged should be in its original form and if that product does not meet our return policy then, unfortunately, it won’t be accepted.

After careful inspections by our quality control staff, a recommendation for return of amount will be granted by the accounts and finance team.

Exchange

In case you are not happy or satisfied with the Footwear and Accessories, you are eligible to  request for an exchange of your product which would vary in size or color. The exchange depends on the stock availability, if there is the stock of particular product then the exchange would be possible or else we’ll refund the amount as per your selected payment method.

How to return the items I order?

Here is how The Imperialist Club Return policy works.

You will be allowed to schedule a pick-up, where our courier services/partner will come to you to pick the items you want to return. Make sure you pack the items/products in its original packaging to hand it to our courier representative.

Subject: Return of item with the Order number eg. (Order # 12345 )

When can I not return?

There are assured conditions where we will not be able to support your returns.

  • Return requested after the indicated period of 14 days from delivery.
  • Something missing from the packaging that was received to you such as original packing, accessories, price tags, freebies, labels or other packaging materials.
  • The merchandise or product is not in its actual condition; it’s either used or damaged.
  • Products whose serial number is missing or tampered
When does a courier collect the returned products?

Normally, a courier company take 3 to 14 business days to collect the returns items after you have requested a return.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order then it is possible as per our agreed Return Policy and the original delivery fees and the payment transaction fees will be settled with the same payment method you used.

Within two days/48 Hours of Order placement, If the item is undelivered and not dispatched and you have initiated a cancellation, you may be refunded the total value of the order with or without a service charge or transaction fee charge.

If the item ordered has been dispatched (proved by an Airway Bill generated & informed to customer) and you have initiated a cancellation before delivery, you may be refunded the total value of the order with deduction of Standard shipping charges / special shipping charges, which ever you chose and also deduction of a services or transaction fee charge.

Processing a Refund?

Once your returned items are received, accepted and approved by our quality assurance team that the returned product complies with our policy we will immediately begin to process your refund that would be completed through the payment method** you used after deductions towards any service/ delivery or transaction costs involved.

The quality check would take 3 to 5 business days, though generally, it’s less. Soon after that, it takes more 10 days for our team to process your fund through the original payment method** you used.

The duration of refund differs as per the payment method you have used for your purchase.

  • Credit Card refund will be seen on your next bill. However, if you do not receive any refund within 30 days then please do contact us.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will have their refunds processed through The Imperialist Club Credit and will posted on your official The Imperialist Club Account or emailed to you with the Credit Voucher or Note.

** In case of purchases through credit card, you will be given a choice of receiving store credit or have the amount refunded directly to your account.
